In Chambao’s new menu, you'll find delights such as the giant shrimp sashimi and royal oysters for those who enjoy the fresh flavors of the sea. Octopus tostadas and beet tostadas are also excellent choices for your next visit. Our Tarantina-style fish and seafood rice pay homage to culinary tradition, while the white fish ceviche brings a fresh and zesty touch to your palate. 

Meat lovers will find satisfaction in our baked rib tacos and skirt steak tacos, which are simply irresistible. Additionally, we’ve elevated the burger experience with our truffle and mushroom burger. And to conclude your experience, be sure to try the creamy Basque cheesecake and the frozen volcano.
